I purchased a MD802, registered it, updated it and it had an issue.  I returned it and got another one.  I updated my new one and when I tried to use it it says 'the vehicle program is not authorized please obtain the authorization' .
I believe the update was tied to the old serial number and now I cannot get to the password on the 'about' screen to register this one.  What can I do?
I removed the old one from my account but cannot add the new one without the register password.
